Terms of Service — e-ZeeInternet

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or installing the e-ZeeInternet tracking snippet on a website you own or operate, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use e-ZeeInternet to track users without disclosure required by your local law, to attempt to identify individuals from analytics data, or to abuse our infrastructure (excessive load, scraping, security probing).

4. Data ownership

You own the analytics data collected from your sites. We process it on your behalf as described in our GDPR notice and only to provide the service.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time and will retain access through the end of the current billing period.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a security risk. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect.
